When Baby Learns There are many ways of encouraging language development within the framework of a satisfying relationship. By taking time to talk with the When baby learns, to name and explain familiar objects and activities in which he is interested, to answer his questions, and to tell him stories about himself and his activities, parents can maintain a happy association with the When baby learns, and, incidentally, increase his vocabulary.
