Population: 10,740. HAVRE, Le. HAVRE DE GRACE, hav'ar da gras, a city in northeastern Maryland, in Harford county, is on the Susquehanna River, near its mouth in Chesapeake Bay, 33 miles (53 km) northeast of Baltimore.
