Rough Hair Coats: A large Mirror hangs above the radiator and this is a great way to make a narrow hallway feel lighter and bigger. It's also the last place to check your hair before you dash out the door. A peg rail is hung near the door for coats, so they're always to hand. Try to keep only in-season coats on it so the hallway feels as uncluttered as possible.
Sanitation and Parasite Control. Control of parasites is a major problem in horse husbandry. Gross parasitism causes horses to be weak and emaciated. Rough hair coats and frequent digestive troubles result from parasite infestation. The most damaging internal parasites of horses are strongyles, ascarids, and bots. (See section 5. Diseases of the Horse.)
The subsequent coats of paint should not be applied until the priming coat is entirely dry. Three coats in all are necessary in order to produce a satisfactory result, although many decorators advocate more. Usually four coats should satisfy a most fastidious client.
