Activities Discussed:

Activities Discussed The indigenous culture of Hawaii has survived principally in two activities discussed— dancing and surfing— the latter being one of the few sports in the United States accepted and discussed as an art form by its daring practitioners. The famous hula is only one of several dances traceable to the original Polynesian settlers. Although it is often adulterated, it retains when well performed much that is authentically Hawaiian, particularly iri its subtle arm and hand movements.

4. Local newspapers provide an excellent outlet for your public relations efforts. Apart from simply sending them releases on your activities discussed (discussed later in this chapter), you might offer to write a regular column—for no charge. Oddly enough, there is not too much syndicated material available on photography, and most papers that carry photographic stories usually generate them themselves.if you prefer the Security of a high-volume business, you must be prepared to handle the jobs in such a way that you are not worn out at the end of the day.

City of Chicago. The city government of Chicago is organized on a mayor-council plan. The mayor, who is elected to a 4-year term, is the chief executive officer of the city, responsible for the administration of its 14 departments and the preparation of the budget.
